Allocating a Chef Lead and Dispatch Date
To assign ownership of a project to a chef and schedule the required dispatch date once a project reaches the 99's stage.
When to Use
Use this process when:
- A project has progressed to the 99's stage.
- The project is ready for chef review and action.
- A chef needs to be assigned responsibility.
- A dispatch date needs to be scheduled.
Process Steps
Step 1: Navigate to the 99's View
- Open the relevant HubSpot project view.
- Locate projects that have entered the 99's stage.
- Review the list of available projects.
Step 2: Review Project Information
Before assigning:
- Review all available project information.
- Check customer details.
- Review any notes recorded against the project.
- Confirm there are no issues preventing assignment.
Tip: Small pieces of information recorded in notes may be important for the chef.
Step 3: Assign a Chef Lead
- Locate the Chef Lead field.
- Click into the field.
- Select the appropriate chef from the dropdown list.
- Confirm the correct chef has been assigned.
Step 4: Allocate a Dispatch Date
- Locate the Dispatch Date field.
- Click the calendar icon.
- Select the required dispatch date.
- Confirm the date has been saved.
Alternative methods:
- Use the calendar picker.
- Use filters if reviewing multiple projects.
Step 5: Save Changes
- Verify:
- Chef Lead has been assigned.
- Dispatch Date has been entered.
- Notes have been reviewed.
- Save the record if required.
Once completed:
- The assigned chef receives a notification.
- Ownership of the project is clearly assigned.
- The dispatch date is visible to the team.
- The project is ready for the next stage of the process.
