- A product enters Gate 2.
- Sample development is underway.
- Delivery and pricing information requires updating.
- The project is progressing through the Sample Tracker.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Product Record
- Navigate to the Sample Tracker.
- Locate the relevant product.
- Open the Gate 2 record.
Step 2: Review Delivery Information
Review and update where required:
- Delivery Date
- Dispatch Date
- Sample Due Date
- Delivery Notes
- DHL Waybill Number
Step 3: Review Pricing Information
Complete or update:
- RM Cost
- Exposure (KG)
- Exposure Price per KG
- Target Sales Price
- Exposure Notes
Ensure all pricing information is accurate and up to date.
Step 4: Review C&I Overview
Check:
- Project Number
- Product ID
- Development Code
- Product Detail
- Recipe Status
- Dispatch Status
Confirm information reflects the current project status.
Step 5: Save Updates
- Review all entered information.
- Save the record.
- Confirm changes have been recorded successfully.
