SOP 10: Navigating to SharePoint for Recipe Creation

To access the recipe creation documentation linked to a product record and begin recipe development using the approved SharePoint templates.

  When to Use

Use this process when:

  • A project has been assigned to you.
  • Recipe development is ready to begin.
  • You need to access the recipe creation templates.
Process Steps

Step 1: Open the Product Record

  1. Navigate to the assigned product.
  2. Open the product details page.

Step 2: Locate the Recipe Section

  1. Scroll down the left-hand side of the record.
  2. Locate the recipe creation area.

Step 3: Open the Recipe Link

  1. Select Details.
  2. Open the recipe link.

The system will automatically generate the recipe structure.

Step 4: Open SharePoint

  1. Follow the SharePoint link.
  2. Open the recipe folder.
  3. Access the recipe creation documentation.

Step 5: Begin Recipe Creation

  1. Complete the recipe template.
  2. Save all changes.
  3. Ensure the correct project reference is used.
