SOP 11: Dispatch Tracker Overview

To understand how the Dispatch Tracker works and how products due for dispatch are monitored and managed.

  When to Use

Use this process when:

  • Monitoring upcoming dispatches.
  • Reviewing dispatch workloads.
  • Managing sample deliveries.

Process Steps

Step 1: Open Dispatch Tracker

  1. Navigate to the Dispatch Tracker view.
  2. Review products listed.

Products due for dispatch will automatically appear here.


Step 2: Review Dispatch Information

Review:

  • Product Name
  • Dispatch Date
  • Dispatch Week
  • Product Number

Step 3: Filter Dispatches

Use filters to sort by:

  • Dispatch Date
  • Dispatch Week
  • This Week
  • Next Week
  • Custom Date Range

Step 4: Prioritise Work

Review urgent dispatches first.


Common Mistakes

❌ Not filtering by date.

❌ Missing overdue dispatches.

❌ Assuming products appear automatically without checking dates.
