To customise an existing HubSpot view by changing displayed information, adjusting layouts, and tailoring the view to support your daily workflow.

Process Steps

Step 1: Open the Required View

  1. Navigate to the tracker.
  2. Select the view you wish to customise.

Step 2: Access View Settings

  1. Locate the view settings menu.
  2. Select Edit View or Customise View.

Step 3: Review Current Layout

Review:

  • Displayed columns
  • Sort order
  • Filters applied
  • Visible information

Determine what changes are required.


Step 4: Make Required Changes

Adjust:

  • Column visibility
  • Column order
  • Sorting preferences
  • Display settings

Only customise information relevant to your role.


Step 5: Save Changes
